Community Projects
Main Street Realty’s for-profit commercial and residential work provides the necessary capital for use in non-profit efforts. Neighborhood revitalization, the development of green space, and the creation of civic monuments are three ways that Main Street Realty contributes to the greater Louisville community.
Main Street Realty currently is involved with the Floyd’s Fork Project that is headed by 21st Century Parks, Inc. This project will result in the creation of trails and parks along Floyd’s Fork in Eastern Jefferson County, Kentucky.
